G.Caramiello - Fantasia sui Temi de "L'Aida" op.11

This is a very nice but tricky piece by Caramiello. After playing a lot of music by him I can say that it is probably the most creative about variations (he rarely use all these themes inside the same composition) but in the same time it's really uncomfortable to play, like it could better fit on the piano. You can hear anybody playing the exact music written and that must be probably due to the common practice of the nineteenth century where they wrote a lot of chords and octaves to fill the harmony but impossible to play at the tempo signature. There is just one recording by the wonderful Letizia Belmondo, she also edited the score so you can read the different finale she made, which I think is great and better than the original one.
