Cloud9 3-0 = 1 point guaranteed
KOI 0-3 = 1 point guaranteed
Heroic 3-0 = No points for them
FURIA still in play (1-2 50/50 v ENCE tomorrow)
EF still in play (2-1, favourite to win tomorrow)
SAW still in play 2-1, favourite to win tomorrow)
Apeks still in play (1-2 favourite to win tomorrow)
TheMongolZ still in play (1-2 favourite to win tomorrow)
Overall? Looking pretty solid. If we're lucky we get two more points guaranteed tomorrow, and depending on the draw we could be guaranteed 5 points before last day.

How is Furia still in play? You putted them at 3-1, they already lost 2 games? Apeks same. So Ence pick is out, Legacy pick is out, Furia pick, Heroic, Apeks pick are all out. Only way to proceed is for Eternal Fire and SAW to lose tomorrow and then win the next day. And Mongolz need to win two in a row.

Update on day 1:
Super unpredictable start to the major, as always. However here is a little update:
Cloud9 3-0 is alive
KOI 0-3 is alive
ENCE 3-0 is dead
Legacy 0-3 is dead
Both Cloud9 and KOI are favorites to win & lose, which means we could already guarantee two out of 5 needed points on day 2 tomorrow. If we do that, it's almost impossible not to get 5 correct, unless everything goes to shit! :D
Given how unpredictable day 1 was, this is perfect.

It does, its a safer gamble, if its 2-0 for both teams and theyre playing each other, you know 1 of them is gonna be 3-0

Pimp I need your advice since this is the first time doing it and I NEED that diamond coin. rn I got C9 and EF for 3-0. I also got Lynn vision and Legacy for 0-2 I also picked SAW over imperial because of their recent performance in BLAST. With that in mind do you think this is a safe route to take or should I perhaps switch a few around. we also have all the same teams qualifying🙏

Following your advice for the first time back in the day gave me literally my first diamond coin. The second was a crazy upset that no one really could predict (can't remember exactly), and I also did a few slight changes IIRC. This time I'm copying your pick again, even if it only is because you do the most exhaustive analysis and always have the best explanations.

I picked lynn vision and Legacy in the 0-3 game, thus there is almost a garunteed 0-3 if they play each other. I know I cant get two but the odds of one is higher.

The first day of the Major was stressful af. Cloud9 nearly lost to ECSTATIC. Imperial winning against ENCE (destroying Ence 3-0 pick). Apeks losing to PaiN (destroying PaiN 0-3 pick). Legacy winning against FURIA (destroying Legacy 0-3 pick). ECSTATIC winning against Mongolz. Heroic nearly losing against Imperial. Legacy almost winning against Cloud9. ENCE nearly losing to KOI. And finally, FURIA losing to Lynn Vision (destroying just about everyone's 0-3 pick). I don't feel confident about Cloud9 winning against SAW on day 2. EDIT: I'M STILL IN IT, BABY!!
I personally think Furia can upset Cloud9 in the 1-0 Round, but would lose to Eternal Fire in a bo3.Then I belive Heroic would also win in a Bo3 against ENCE.
My Bracket looks like this:

Round 2:
C9 < Furia; Eternal Fire > SAW; Ence > 9Pandas; Apeks < Heroic (1-0)

The only "wrong" call i can see in my prediction is the SAW vs Mongolz match, but it doesnt really matter, because they would also both qualify if Mongolz win

I think a way to game this is to pick both LV and Legacy because if that’s the 0-2 game (which is highly likely imo) you’re guaranteed one. Same logic can be applied to EF/Ence for the 3-0 I’d argue

If you aren't going for the 10/10 you can always pick both LVG and Legacy as 0-3 if you think they'll match up in the 0-2 match and for sure get a point there.
I went similar. I'm doubting mongolz though. I put imperial and saw without mongolz. and then with Lynn vision instead of koi.
lynn and legacy will face eachother so 1 of them 100% wont get 0-3

I got pretty similar guesses, main difference is I got C9 and EF swapped, and Lynn Vision over KOI in elimination, otherwise it's the exact same 😂
