The cost has price also. Im not sure how's Vultr works with DDOS also im not sure about Hetzner VPS but i had a dedicated server from hetzner and when i got ddos attack they just cut the network. So i went to OVH.

Setting up a server with Hetzner after going over DigitalOcean and Vultr decided it was the best bang for the buck, but I have one issue I can't find an easy to follow tutorial for and that is how can I set up an SSH connection from Windows 11 PowerShell - very OCD about this dunno why. Another question I have is whether I can run multiple sites using CyberPanel or another such application with a visual interface - already tested Wordops and that works great but wondering if I have other options.
I've been having lots of trouble with cloudflare. The ports & firewalls seem incompatible, and I'm not sure if it's secure to keep Cyberpanel's firewalls off. I couldn't find an answer.

You need to change the port that the panel is on. CyberPanel uses 8090. You can change this in their setting to 8443. Then you’ll be able to proxy through Cloudflare. It won’t work otherwise as Cloudflare doesn’t support 8090.
And what about emails? I was never able to make it work at Hetzner, I was very frustrated and sad, I even cried... I spent a month trying. And I still haven't!

webmin is an advanced control panel.
I'm using webmin with virtualmin extension and Nginix.

Ashburn would still be pretty fast from Canada - is there some reason you need Canada exactly?
