It is amazing how everyone who tries the Kicksmash for the first time try to solve it through Strengh and Strengh alone. But as you get better and Practice more it always is a suprise how little Force you need to actually get the ball out. Also i think practicing with „pre WW 1“ balls from the start is much better so you have to actually practice the Technik and cant rely on pure Strengh only.

Yes. With old balls you feel the ball more. So you can learn it faster

I don't do any bounce 😂 In Poland there are very few coaches who can really teach nice kick smash... especially in my area.

is the kicksmash worth learning if ur short and skinny and not super strong but wanne put some hours into it?
It depends on how much hours you want to put in. The smaller you are the more often you should choose to play kick instead of flat.
