Please do a beach review of both the Minelab Equinox 800 and this metal detector maybe a shootout I don't know but I would really like to see a side-by-side comparison
IDENTICAL TO KRUZER SERIES. same screen, features, adjustments, sound, headphones, modes, frequencies. just repackaged for nokta makro to have something to launch the two companies merging.
Looks very very good Sid. At first I was worried that it would be a Multi Kruzer with a different badge, but it seems to have a tad more under the bonnet. Depth was as good as anything I have seen. Thanks for the review. ATB MMMD

Have you tried it at 90 gain on the seperation and unmasking. 89 is fast but depth isnt there esp with the kr24 coil. I havent had time to try it at 90 on that test. Thanks
Great test sid . We are fancy an alternative machine . We are plagued with coke in our are thats why we always get minelabs as they dont do coke . So have you tested with coke does it knock it out ??? looks a useful machine , cheers Dave
What do the numbers on the ground balance mean and what would the optimal number you would be looking for ? And how does the adjusting the numbers on the ground balance work ? Can't get my head round it .
I know you have done reviews on the Rutus Sid, how do the two machines compare....was looking at getting the Rutus Alter 71 but I'm now torn between the two machines. Im always on ploughed and pasture pal...can you help sir?

@@prirodni_sokovi_pirusti The equinox is a work-horse. It never lets me down. In the past 8 months i have found 42 silver coins, including 8 hammered 1400 groats and pennies. I can target silver with help from the VDI numbers. A silver comes up as 24 and above, and does a little 24-25-26 to tell me it is silver. The multi frequency is revolutionary, and for the price of around £800 it is even better than the CTX at over double the price. You buy the equinox 800, you WILL BE PLEASED. Give nails bigger than a coin, so you know how the coin is bigger it will see a coin, I put a coin in the center of a small horseshoe at a depth of 20 cm and fisher f22 saw metal and color, surprise me.
I downloaded your video and it does not work. It is hard for me to follow up your explanation about Z1, Z2, Z3, Z4 and others. You talked too fast. Where can I reset the program? Why my Notka Makro Multi has too many beeps on Gen and Tone 2? (Tone 3 is probably fine.) My coil was replaced recently due to the defective. My manual book is poor because it was written in English from Turkey. I was told that this detector is far better and it is a top line on the market.
This Brings back memories of the Blisstool LTC 64 video`s where mega depths were shown being detected, only to find these depths on single obects , just don`t happen ,while searching out in the " real world " of detecting . I for one dismiss demo`s of burying coins or rings in the ground at mega depths ,and them being found ,as " tempters ", in these video`s ,as their there for nothing more than to persuade you to go out and buy the detector.. IF these European detectors were truly able to reach the shown depths out in the field ,why arn`t they the top detectors out there, to have today ? ???? Surely everyone would have them, but time after time we see them being Sold on ,not that long after buying them. I think you`ll find ,previous owners of detectors such as the Blisstool ltc 64 can`t sell them for love nor money further on down the line after buying them .Why ,because they never did produce what they were shown to do out in the fields ,as shown in video`s on the UA-cam. Their reasonably able to reach some decent depths, but no where near able to reach the mega depths shown on demonstration. Yes, I `d love these detectors to reach the said depths ,but sadly as proved in the past ,they don`t do it once you`ve bought the detector and your moneys gone. Showing a buried bag of coins isn`t really " impressive at 19" because the detected "mass "of silver, & copper of that mass , is not unusual given the size of the mass, as is quite a big easy mass to detect. Ok I know your going to say ,"Well the video`s show what it shows" However I revert back to the Video`s of a similar nature were shown on the Blisstool. LTC 64 and the proof was shown that out in the fields ,the same depths just wern`t reached out in the real world of detecting in the fields. The rest of this detectors "abilities" seem able enough and give assumably good value for money, but ! depth wise .....I doubt it . The recovery speed looks excellent so no problem there, but I`m afraid its the same old jiggery pokery being weaved before us from these European detectors , with regards to the depth capability, because they realize big Depth, is the main selling point of any detector ,which is probably true if its capable of doing it, but !!! does it ACTUALLY ACHIEVE IT out in the field will be the acid test ? Lets wait and see if every one ends up with one, then you`ll know, all you see in this video Is true after all.Only Time will tell.
Mind you Dan, Sid did mention the telegraph poles near him would make her spark because he had the gain wound up, she levelled out when he lowered gain to 74, yet it still retained depth. I guess it is down to individual preferences, I 'cut my teeth' on a Tejon, ( nicknamed 'Wild Thing'), so I love well controllable, yet violent 'sparkiness' laying in wait in my MDs. However, I totally accept that somebody starting out using a Garrett 400 for example would probably dislike those tones and sparks, preferring instead the smoother, flutey, tones of one of the Minelab advanced level MDs. For me, in clean dirt, in AM, nothing touches a 'sparker' fot hitting the real tiny things. Just my take Dan. Stay safe and Happy Days!
Nice looking machine but nothing new or groundbreaking. I imagine a few machines would have no problem digging a bag of coins at that depth but it looks impressive for sure. To be fair with that soil erm I mean dust as well can’t see it was too difficult for a good quality machine. Nice looking coil for sure.
