These look amazing I made the dough earlier but used half marg half butter (all I had) so the dough is so soft and after a hour in the fridge it's definitely not firm enough to roll out so will try again tomorrow 😀 thanks for the recipe and tutorial
Would it be fine to follow your recipe until you roll them out and instead of putting them in the fridge, just cut them out and then put them in the frige and then bake?? They just seem difficult to handle when they are so cold, like difficult to roll out again etc

I wonder if this would work with any shortbread recipe. There are some that are very simple, only three ingredients sometimes.
