What is Roblox? ROBLOX is an online virtual playground and workshop, where kids of all ages can safely interact, create, have fun, and learn. Yeah Crunchyroll kinda fumbled the bad with this. You know what would have been an even better idea? Maybe reaching out to the existing anime games and absorb them into the brand through an official collaboration. Sure, you'll lose games that they don't own the IPs for, but they could then legally add the IPs that Crunchyroll did own. It would basically be like slapping a logo onto an existing product. And the best part is the developers would have had to comply or remove copyright content as they are doing right now.

Okay not gonna lie this was a terrible decision on Gamefam's part and an even dumber decision on Crunchyroll's part to just go ahead and collab with one of the more 'questionable' development studios on roblox. I also just gotta say I appreciate you for actually TRYING the game for a solid 30 levels before even judging it so clearly even through the logic that "you gotta be (insert level) to have fun" doesn't apply game is just shit. With the budget of an actual development studio by the way, just remember they gave you this half assed MHA content.

That's not how copyright works. Copyright works when a company wants to take down (usually fanmade) media for using their IPs. an example would be Nintendo taking down a fangame for using Mario in it.

I can't exactly figure out what exactly compelled Crunchyroll to partner up in making this mistake.
They should have instead reached out to the popular anime games. I mean realistically what are the devs going to do? reject the collaboration proposition and get DMCA'd? I am 99.9% sure Heroes battlegrounds will not be affected AT ALL, I mean possibly Nomu's model might be the only reason, but the ingame characters, are completely original, and nearly have completely made up movesets not shown in the anime, to an extend that they are just complete original characters with a large hint of inspiration from MHA, like we've never seen Icy Hot boy use a spear, and we haven't seen Kurogiri do Sigma's ult either
that game puts so much potential on fodder fighters like kurogiri. But then u see the anime and see him just being used as a walking, talking portal thing. (which is what he was ultimately made for so idk wtf-)

Officially on December 29th 2023, that game taken down by Anime Adventures with My Hero Academia community. Cool if true (I finished Naruto and with it’s Team 7) Whilst since I finished Naruto; it took me so long to finish. I started watching him at December 2017. I’m not bored ngl

And for a grind fest, THEY STILL DID IT WRONG! It's meant to be open for FREE to get as many kids as possible, then have the first 10 or so minutes be fun with an op char (mainly all might or something) then start off with Deku and have microtransactions to skip grinds/get op stuff.

This is what made strongest battlegrounds stand out from the other Roblox games which is that you don’t have to grind and the devs focused more on mechanics of the game. You don’t have to grind for the item that makes you better. That’s why people gets hyped when a character gets leaks of one or to move sets. Really smart from the devs

So they made a simulator game and then marketed it as a battleground game, wow. Cant say I'm surprised, tis like Gamefam doesn't know how to make games. How do you mess up this bad, you first give players the ability to just become absurdly strong and two shot people, and not rely on skill, and then you introduce gambling, and then you put abilities behind a wall.
This is not a battleground, they just did the exact opposite and called it a day.
They call themselves a battle grounds game and then add gambling and grinding.💀
Ya know I’d argue that given what happened to brick bronze and every other game with Pokémon stuff in it afterwards it was always possible any of the anime communities got heavy handed by the company behind them though I will admit this is stupid
ive only played sonic speed sim by game fam. that game got to the point where collecting xp chugs the game cus the ping skyrockets on each pick up. no other roblox game dose this
Gamefam is 100% crazy if they think that they can copyrightstrike 2 popular anime games and then expect the players to play their own musty dusty crusty robot beater ahh nerd MHA game
They should've collabed with strongest battles grounds creators or heros battleground creators it wouldve been such a cool thing to see

I wonder if that action of taking down every game with MHA content was a decision from Crunchyroll's part, considering Gamefam also does Sonic Speed Simulator and no Sonic Roblox Fangames were ever taken down (excluding ones with controversy behind its creators)
SEGA was always fine with FanGames, even outside of Roblox, one of the first IPs ever to recieve a FanGame, at least on the internet era was Sonic, way back in 95, so maybe it is not up to Gamefam but instead the company that contacts them to have the decision on taking it down?
Either way, yeah, this game looks just like some Gamefam Roblox games with boring grinding, lootboxes and lots of pay-to-win lol (I just think this game do not have robux purchases and uses just the coins because it is a paid beta)
Aaaand besides the games being boring, there is also all the messy stuff behind Gamefam
