I would love to putt with something named the Fierce. I am an English teacher and in college I discovered my favorite quote which was from a Shakespeare play. “Though she be little; she is fierce.” That quote always made me feel empowered and proud to be a strong woman. I’m so inspired by you and can’t wait to see what’s in store for you with Discraft. Can’t wait to test your putter!
Coral Knox we have that quote hanging over my youngest daughter’s bed. She is more than a handful and more determined than a hungry dog going after a steak.
I agree and to my anger is OOP. Now if the Glide was made in ESP I would use that as I feel a less grip plastic like Z should not work for such a skinny low profile wing. I would then Sell my backup Impacts to my brother for 3/4 price. I would keep my Ace Race one, lost the heavy weight a long time ago.
"As the Crow Flies" came to mind. "The Crow" would be a tight name for a straight flying putter. Also "The Beeline". Those swirls are on point. Excited to see what comes out for 2020.
"Impact" and "Bullet" just seem too one dimensional. I would also personally stay away from names like "Bullet", etc., which is one of the main reasons why I don't mess with Dynamic at all. Names like "Felon", "Sheriff", and "Criminal" seem a bit blah and ultimately insensitive to entire communities of people who would never throw discs with names like those. Not like they have to, but the the reality still exists. "Bullet" would be right up there along those lines. Some people go throw discs to get the bullets and flying around the streets off the mind. Point was to push the imagination a bit. I've only been playing for coming up on a year now so I am unaware of the names that already exist. Thanks for letting me know though.

We obviously know Discraft has a mold named Impact. We are brainstorming recycling that name since that mold is OOP. Plus when you hear Impact don't you think putter vs a midrange? Again, this is just a thought! I do really love that name though, seems to fit well!

Don’t listen to those negative comments about “cash grabs” and “should take longer like Paul did.” I can’t understand why people like to hate on such great things. Hi I’m Mike Stout and I throw Discraft. For 40 years Discraft has been making discs for golf and ultimate with the focused on quality and consistency, and that’s important. If I lose a disc it’s no big deal. I can simply pull out a new one and be confident that it will fly just like the last one!
Anyone else throw this disc? I am not a "collector" and took mine out for 18 holes. Didn't think I was going to like it at first but then it just threw itself into the basket from wherever I threw it. Lots of glide and it throws straight at where you throw it. It's a winner and look forward to getting a full production copy!
"Skadi" is a cool name. Norse Goddess who would hunt with a bow and arrow. Hence this disc is "straight right where you put it" fits in well with the accuracy and use of a bow and arrow.
I'm surprised more pro disc golfers don't do this. In many other sports they do. In surfing every pro has a ton of input into their board design. They work with the shaper to make boards that work for them. This is good stuff. I hope she can work with Discraft and create discs that work for her.
The Paige Pierce Fierce does sound good to me. I really think if you are going to have your own mid, fairway and distance disc...maybe think of names that all coincide with each other
Pauls discs all follow a naming schema and i think that is awesome. Whatever you name it I hope that the name can become a story because im sure this won't be the only Paige Pierce signature disc.

Kind of reminds me of some of the Discmania putters on the top half of the flight plate but I’m sure it’ll be shallower since Paige prefers shallower putters in recent years.

I like the name Fierce. Easy to remember the Fierce was designed by Pierce. Just not sure if it fits the putter’s description. Might be a better driver name.
It looks pretty similar to a deputy but also looks like instead of a bluntish nose it comes more to a point than a deputy. like a aviar mixed with a deputy, maybe.
