So first, Google Books are not always PDFs - there are several different file formats used. And no, in general you cannot transfer books from one Google account to another.
What is the Max Paperback version?
I think you might be referring to the large print books?
Can you transfer Google PDF’s to Apple?
If someone has published a PDF, or allows exporting to PDF, then you may be able to transfer it if they have giving you that permission level. Otherwise, in general you cannot transfer content from Google to Apple or vise versa.

@@YourTechCoach I'm buying the Onyx Boox Tab Mini C for catching up with my digital copy of my books, mangas, comics and audiobooks on one device. Paperbacks are so last decade to me. Make it small and compact on my backpack 🎒
