ive had my xf pro set since early may and I absolutely love it. coming from eflexs I was worried that they would be too stiff but they are very nice. blocker is exactly what I expected as well. I ordered a 590 break pro palm glove and I actually think it is very easy to close. right out of the box it was a little stiff but after 6 skates or so it broke in nice. both the glove and blocker do get very sweaty. overall you;ldnt be happier with my set
I'm in the same boat with my True PX3 580 Game Ready Xtra. It's still not fully broken in after months of use. Closes on the break just like yours does here it's just seems like it takes a lot more oompf to close it than I expected it would by this point.
Game Ready Xtra is their equivalent of CCM’s Game Ready with D3O. Sadly not surprised to hear that the “extra” padding is taking a bit to break in, like mine.
@@chrisxdudo It's like early game I can close it fine, but when it gets sweaty (I sweat abnormally more than others also) and I get tired it's almost impossible to close and turns in to a second blocker. This past weekend I decided to do some more hot water in the inside of the break then clamping it shut on the break itself. Then put it in front of the fan and dried completely. Then did the same process again the next day. Will skate in it tonight and see if it helped it any or not. Never had this issue with any other glove in the past decade lol.
Awesome content. Wish more channels did real reviews like this
Thanks for doing such a careful show and tell for us. This review is far superior for the "pro shop" reviews I have seen.

Noti gang
Small pads for a 5"10 guy
Small? No. Properly sized, yes. Did you watch any of the previous Axis XF Pro videos where I explain the reason on the size?
