1. Sikh was on point as always.incredible performance by him. Dude is doing his thing.

What Diz did wrong in that round is tell the crowd "there i said it , now what!?" Which made him into an instant villian on stage.
3. Diz's performance was bad all around though. Maybe worst of his career.
4. Diz is a vet and has way too much experience to be getting that emotional early on and fucking up his material and rhythm.
5. I do also think Diz needs to explore other avenues as an artist outside of battle rap. You cant be trying to elaborate on some long intricate ass life story on the SM stage, it just isnt the place or situation for that.

Dizaster is probably my favorite battle rapper of all time with some great performances over Iron Solomon, Cannibus, Danny Myers and Gjonaj but damn...I feel like he tries too hard to over cater to a URL crowd to the point where it's not even in a style of his own that he battles in. Idk why he doesn't just stay true to his back to back punching multi syllabic style. Man was doing AMG mode before AMG mode was even a thing. I think he would've gone over better with the crowd this way.
It's actually funny how guys like Real Sikh, Tay Roc, and Tsu Surf are considered back to back punchers like Diz hasn't been back to back punching in his battles for like last 13 years. This ain't new. Maybe it's new to a URL audience that's used to guys like Clips and Hitman Holla with these 4 bar setups.
He's also taking the loss horribly. Swear I've watched close to an hours worth of content of him explaining himself on camera. Just fucking say you lost, it wasn't your night, and you'll come back stronger. Look at the way DNA handled his loss. Like he should.
If URL, for whatever fucking reason books him again, it has to be in a Volume. Big crowds are not for him. He'll come back and be stronger. We also have to take in context who the fuck we are talking about. This man is one of the OG pioneers and he has been battling for half his life and still manages to host his own events and battle a relatively high level. He's no longer in his prime and at least he got reaction to some of his bars, especially in the second round.
Contrast that to someone like Reed Dollaz, Iron Solomon, and even guys like John John, T-Top, and Murda Mook...those guys have been booed so many fucking times and they are household names. This wasn't the worst battle in URL history. Battle Rap fans just have a short term memory.
