My view, hero homes location is not good, commercial is in front of tower, entry is not so good. Shobha is number 1, followed by other projects like SP, Hero etc.
Boss there is a reason he can claim to be no 1 clarity giver. You have been making videos for 2 years and so is he. Compare the subscribers. 25 times more subscribers.

I have purchased Home in Joyville.. To be frank, I have visited almost all the builders on Dwarka Expressway, and then purchased in SP Joyville.. There are so many parameters when you go for purchase a dream home..
1. Location,
2. Layout,
3. Budget
4. Gentry
5. Builder
6. Construction Quality etc..
My maximum parameters were tick marked in Joyville Only. I agree with his POV that Density and color combination is not up to the mark.. If I had budget then I would have purchased Sobha but when I conclude all the parameters with my Budget then I found SP Joyvilee is the Best..
I'm also planning to purchase in Tower 5. 4 bhk. Do you still recommend it? I know the Density is high there and sizes are compact.

Koi to bole Shapoorji Pallonji bekar builder hai ya construction quality kharab hai . Ek bhi comment Aaj Tak nahi dekhya . Gurgaon me pehla project nahi hai ! Gurgaon ki shaan 'Cyber city hub ' bhi Shapoorji ne hi banaya hai . Isme koi doubt nahi baki bhi builder achhe hai par Bhai brand koi ek do saal me nahi banta .
Project (joyville) ka saar bataane se jyada Geeta saar bata diya. 😂😂
"Color Inspired Living" ke theme se bilkul match karta hai.
Aapko "saude" ki knowledge achhi hogi lekin colors ki nhi.

Sir colour makes a difference..people buy house to reflect their standard..no one wants to spend money and still look like housing board.. The no1 clarity giver will not agree but this is reality because he has purchased it..
Clarity giver only promotes that project, he himself is invested in, be it shapporji or DdJAY floors 😂

Sir Hero homes ka flat jaake dekho ek baar andar se. The layout is non-sensical and sizes are so small.
Koi to reason hoga ki builder ki demand 1.9cr (3bhk biggest size) hai aur asliyat me flat milre hai 1-1.2cr me.
Also, color of society does matter in case of SP. I really wish they change it. It looks like government school building. No other problems in it though.

If managed properly will b excellent project .. but can’t compare it with high rise
Amstoria has plots and people have made a mess by building all kinds of ugly houses over it. It looks like a modern chawl now.
