Honestly, if the manufacturer sees this and make the necessary changes with this feedback this case has the potential to be one of the best budget cases. Lately ive been seeing a lot of white and black accent case mods and builds so it does have some potential
I am pretty sure that Gamemax looks like one of those companies that sell unsuspecting non-savvies cheap "gaming" stuff while relying on the prebuilt PC market.
I think that's a re-branded aliexpress special. You see a lot of those kinds of cases here in Vietnam. Going price is around ~$25 USD typically. Makes a lot more sense at that price point.
As someone who used this as my first case, i remember having to force the back panel on with my leg. I also forced my psu in which just managed to fit. Also one of my fans didnt work. After upgrading my case to a fractal pop mini air, i had a way better time building in a case that actually had space for cable management.
I bought a Gamemax Revolt case from these guys. I paid $50 for them and i am so statisfied. It's mid tower ATX case with 4 RGB fans, it has a removable HDD bracket, didn't have a bent panel in it, the RGB hub wasn't just a PCB, but had actual designs on it. All that for $50 with everything on it being as advertised. Probably one of the best cases for the price. Would also recommend cases from Zalman if you're buying a case in this price range.
Bought an rgb case for like $40. It was big, was not argb, and was not good for cable management. It has the same negatives as this case but i was happy for the price
got a fractal ridge for my bday and as my third case i’ve come to the conclusion that sometimes you just gotta bend some metal to make stuff fit regardless of price😂
I bought a 60€ MSI MAG Forge m100r and it's got no problems. 4 ARGB fans, mesh front panel, tempered glass side panel, plenty of room for cable managing.
After long search i found a similar case from Gamemax, full ATX and 2 200mm fans in front wich are very quiet (more quiet than the fckn Xilence PSU) and a glass door, bcs i wanted a door. I paid 65€ and it's still a nice, solid case. Best choice for me and I'm super happy with it ❤
Get the 4000D airflow by corsair it’s really good looks good big and has room for an upgrade path, multiple good radiator mounts and the magnetic dust filter on the top, as well as the one for the power supply in front of the case are easy to access and clean up when you’re PCs in a good accessible spot And because of the 5000 series of cases they’ve gone down to 70 bucks which is really good compared to the other cases I’ve seen I would rather get one from one of these name brands who does it well especially because most of the cable managing is already done and you can just follow it and add your cables to it, which is a lifesaver for new PC builders. That was my first built by the way to. That’s the only reason I would say that is talking to my friends and their experience their biggest issue was cable management, and having a case that has a majority of that already done is fantastic.
1. You ordered the white interior model 2. The b roll you used literally shoes several mm of room for cable management 3. Most rubberised feet leave oily residue for the first few hours of standing 4. A standard ATX supply fits - easily infact
Absolutely not. On the white in the back there's very little room to work with and a lot of PSU have thicker cables which tend to be hell to fit in these cases
I personally also wouldn't recommend the Zalman S2 because there is no cable management room in the back and the hdd area isn't removeable so your cables will be very bent.
Found zalman i3 for 60 bucks, it’s probably more now becuase it was on sale when I last checked probably still really cheap like 70 bucks. It comes with 4 rgb fans and looks stunning, it doesn’t have any errors like that case, airflow kinda bad tho since it’s glsss not mesh
I bought a Matrexx 30 deepcool case for 30 euros. It wasn't rbg and it didn't even have a glass panel, came with a single cooler but there was a lot of space for cable management, for a starter I'm happy with my purchase
Similar situation to my Bitfenix Nova Mesh TG. It has fans pre-installed in the same places as in the video and it also has a bracket fan hub that make cable management a nightmare. Looking back I should’ve just installed my own fans but to be fair the case does look nice. Upgrading and tinkering is a pain in the ass though
I built my ryzen 5 5600x system in the 200mm fan version of this and it wasn’t as bad as this newer 3 fan version. Recommended it to my friend thinking it would be the same but they changed the drive bays and the newer rgb hub gets in the way of closing the case properly I’ve found
That’s the one I’m thinking of getting. Bigger fan, more airflow, less noise. Hoping a sale happens for their “Prime” day, currently $68. Still enjoying the case?
@@mightymight365 I wouldn’t get the version of this case with 3 fans on the front I built my friends pc and there’s some changes that make it a nightmare to build in. If you can find the 200mm go for it
i have same case but in atx version but its literally same just taller u have enough room for cable management nothing was bent and airflow in this case is perfect costed 65€ but still its great case for that money.
I got mkne for 50 and yeah....4PX HK completely f uped my pc case (i lived in HK during that time). It was bent, one fan completely fell off, otherwise its all great. It came with custom light boards, ARGB fans that are controllable using the fan hub and other stuff.
I bought a case from this brand, the fans didn’t have the right port and the adaptor that was supposed to be attached in the back of the case didn’t come with it so I had to buy new fans, oh and I had to bend some of the metal for my power supply to fit aswell
Fractal design focus G is only $55 it is from a reputable company and is a genuine quality case the downside is that it only comes with two fans but has filtered intakes and PSU shroud but has 25 mm of cable management space and just an overall fine case nothing special but nothing really wrong with it
I dont know why more people don't just jery rig shit. First I would drill holes on all those rivets and remove interior out to repaint it, then cover the holes with metal putty little sandpaper and respray Put interior back in and re-rivet it a little further back and move the HDD holder out or completely removed it altogether and place HDD somewhere else. Replace rubber feet with some printed ones and put m3 rubber tabs on bottom (I know most can't afford 3d printer but I got one so that's what I'd do) And last rgb the hell out of it, heck even add an Incase display for shits and giggles.
Ahhh yes cases 🤣 reminds me of my own case thought i ordered a semi small cube for the build. What i got a cube the size of 2 full towers next to each other.😂 Atleast im pretty fucking sure every single gpu will fit
@@lebazardesjeux2051 i faced none of the issues except the hdd one. best part is the door has hinges so you can open it like door. i've been using this one for 1.5 years and it works as new except the dust. the airflow is phenomenal too. i got it for $40 new.
Don’t get the apevia genesis pro either it has horrible cable openings that make it difficult for a one person job and if you’re going with an AIO it will not fit on top unless you chop off a corner of your fan. Also it comes with MOLEX wire fans which is like 15 year old technology or something and has to be replaced or your fans run at full speed.
hey man I'm also a victim of an gamemax case. My case is Aero Mini and it is kind of bad. I have it for a year and a half now and after like 3-4 months of using, there would be rust on the mesh Infront. I live in a humid country so I Don't know about other countries that are like The US. And you are right, there is no space for cable management. it is very hard for me to clean too. mostly everything was narrow. I think they put such large space and literally 1 cm of room at the back of the case because they are afraid of the fans are too big or thinking GPUs are too large. overall after 1 year of using alot of things will collapse, for me it's only the frame of the front panel fell off but I recommend not to buy it. if u are looking forward to buy one, buy any other case, PLEASE.
We have PC builds IN STOCK today at zttbuilds.com 😉
Pls review the montech x3 it has 6 fans and doesn't look to bad plus its like 45 bucks
Do you think I should buy a 7800xt
The Montech Air 100 ARGB is a solid choice at the $65 price point.
The air 1000 is on sale rn just grabbed one and its insane for the price
@@frosteddark8286 just got one too it looks sick
I got the montech air 100 lite. No RGB and I'm making everything all black. It's going to look awesome
Can confirm, 10/10 case, absolutely loved building in it
It looks great, and was easy to build my first pc in it. 10/10
And still better airflow than other cases at $300+
No they doesn't.

@kikihun9726 Have you seen the NZXT H9 Flow?

yeah honestly they probably would, I bought one of their PSUs after seeing how good the energy quality is.
I am pretty sure that Gamemax looks like one of those companies that sell unsuspecting non-savvies cheap "gaming" stuff while relying on the prebuilt PC market.
i bought 3 of them (they did and changed the price to 55)
Bought a case for $25 new. It came with 4 fans and has worked great for over 8 months now. Looks great too, tempered glass and everything.
I think that's a re-branded aliexpress special. You see a lot of those kinds of cases here in Vietnam. Going price is around ~$25 USD typically. Makes a lot more sense at that price point.
Most of these cases are really just cheaply mass produced

Kolink observatory hf mesh is only £50 and has 6 argb fans. It’s pretty solid
That feeling when you watch review videos after you bought it 😅
I bought a 60€ MSI MAG Forge m100r and it's got no problems. 4 ARGB fans, mesh front panel, tempered glass side panel, plenty of room for cable managing.
I got it for my build and I completely agree with you
Same with phanteks. I literally had to bend the case to plug in one of the cords, FOR THE CASE, into the motherboard.
Same issues I had with my infinity mirror game max case

No dude you're wrong smh
anyone like me that cant use newegg anyway. The shipping cost is normally the same cost as the pc part.
Oh thanks for the recommendation, I’m going to pick it up today!
Agree man, this case is just a mess. The non removable hdd slot forced me to drill the rivets underneath the case, just to fit in the power supply
Budget king with budget caution awesome info
I personally also wouldn't recommend the Zalman S2 because there is no cable management room in the back and the hdd area isn't removeable so your cables will be very bent.
I got it for $40, it's fine.
So, drill out the rivets on the drive cage. Got it.
I’d be hyped if I got the white interior ngl, looks dope
in my country Indonesia, that case would cost me around $30, so it was worth imo
bang saya juga kepikiran buat beli case ini, kira kira layak ga ya? atau ada rekomendasi di harga yg sama atau mirip?

What do you think of cheap fishtank cases like the Montech XR?
Montech the metals a little cheap on the one I got but so great for the price
I am looking for a case, but dont know what to look for that are good airflow, sturdy and black. Have a GPU already and just need the rest of the pc

NZXT and Corsair rules this area

Yes, Gamemax case are a piece of krap. Here in Paraguay they also sell them and they are very bad
