Sal, I was looking for a rack of yak! Called a rancher in Colorado that raizes Yax. I told him I wanted to give him a plug if he would send me some yak, he said they can't keep up with the demand. I wish I had a sore in my area like this. Nice post!
You may have just altered the course of a river or 2, AND the 12-12-7 tour for 2021... This years' trip is already set in stone, but NEXT year, we're going to Wild Fork. No doubt about that. New England can wait another year (never been north of Long Island)... I'll make the owners of this place rich beyond their wildest dreams! 😆😎

Alot of people including Gordon Ramsay will say it's frozen not fresh. I don't mind that one bit. Wait till the food shortages hit and you go out and buy all the food you can and freeze it and take it out and see how the same taste is
fossil farms is based out of NY, I used to order from them in a restaurant I worked for. You can order from their site and have it delivered to your house. Its great quality all around.

I am just one guy. I have a freezer full of Wild Fork meat. I also have meat from Aldis and Publix. Does JBS also supply them? Probably. It's a sad state of affairs where this one bad actor controls 80% of all the meat production.
