  • Gidaszewska/Łaguniak/Koziak Trio performs a Sonata for two violins and Piano by Roman Palester. The performance was recorded during a concert in CKK Jordanki in Torun at the chamber hall of Torun Symphony Orchestra. The concert took place thanks to the Polish Music Scene program organized by the National Institute of Music and Dance
    Gidaszewska/Łaguniak/Koziak Trio consists of young musicians performing in over 25 countries: Marta Gidaszewska, assistant at the I. J. Paderewski Music Academy in Poznan, Robert Łaguniak, a PhD student at the G. and K. Bacewicz Music Academy in Lodz in the class of prof. Karina Gidaszewska and Marcin Koziak, a graduate of the K. Penderecki Music Academy in Cracow in the class of prof. Stefan Wojtas and Texas Christian University in Fort Worth, USA in the class of prof. Tamas Ungar.
    All of them are winners of numerous international music competitions, e.g. S. Moniuszko International Competition of Polish Music in Rzeszów, which in 2021 connected their musical paths. In 2022, at the 21st K. Bacewicz International Chamber Music Competition they won the second place and a special prize for the best Polish ensemble.
    They perform as soloists and chamber musicians in most Polish philharmonics and in other excellent concert halls in Poland, such as NOSPR in Katowice, Krzysztof Penderecki European Center for Music in Lusławice, or the Concert Hall of the Royal Castle in Warsaw.
    They also presented their skills abroad - in Europe, Asia and North America. Marta Gidaszewska and Robert Łaguniak together form the Polish Violin Duo, while Marcin Koziak performs with Aleksandra Kuls, Magdalena Bojanowicz, Bartosz Koziak and Agata Szymczewska.
