Living area 132 sqm sounds big but the rooms are relatively small. The reason is probably that terraces and balconies are included in the living area. The location close to the beach is nice, but the condo does not look like a dream condo to me. I don't like the two bed rooms connected by a sliding door and the master bathroom all glass. I prefer to sh.. in peace. :) The biggest share of the price comes certainly from the location, but there is no sea view from this unit. The condo itself does not look very high class. My guess is 6,000,000 ฿.

Why are the refrigerator doors back words...aaarrr make me crazy lol...they should open the other way so you don't have to load or unload over and around the doors....do you notice that? lol now you will for every more,,,lol... all is good in the world now. Hua huin... I've been there since December 8, 2022, it's January 7, 2023. Frankly, I strongly advise against it for people who prefer the beach to the swimming pool. The beautiful photo without waves of a 12 km white sand beach is on the internet. It's actually high tide, a fine strip of sand (Hilton. Khao katiab) covered with all the shit that the sea spits out... the rest of the coast has no beach. To eliminate destinations in Thailand for my part
