Spray paint- aged copper & black
Paint colors: elephant Gray & Khaki (mix together)

I realized I didn’t explain WHY you want to use Elmer’s glue as a step!🤪 I tried a bell without glue and it doesn’t distress the same. The glue helps peel the paint up really nicely. Without that step, the paint will smear around rather than lift👍🏻

To make it more secure you can use a hot glue gun or a wood burner to melt a hole in the top of the bell before you glue the two bowls together. Then thread your rope through the hole and tie a knot.

They turned out great. I made a bunch last year in two different sizes to put on a tree that I put on my covered front porch. I absolutely love them. I didn't do the elmers glue method on mine. I spray painted mine and then did a faux galvanized, rustic treatment on them but honestly that method looks way less time consuming and they turned out the same. I might have to try that.
