To name 2 things in the books not in the movie, a squad graffiti a few walls that could not be destroyed and Tanya purposely kills a few secret police that tortured Visha’s family. Tanya also rigged a few traps on the dead bodies for Stalin’s council to be later attacked. The graffiti is written with a Mage Spell that can’t be cleaned off with regular cleaners. You either have to tear down the wall or use a mage to remove the magic ink. You later find out is that the graffiti glows in the dark and is much brighter than the local street lights.
In Tanya’s defense, those two corporals would have been liabilities in future missions. They’re both that kind of person who’d charge out into the opening shouting ‘come at me bro’ when the rest of the group is trying to sneak.

A trench gun is a style of shotgun that's easy to carry in confined spaces and it was only the Germans that considered shotguns in general war crimes but people didn't really respect their opinion in WW2
