It was a fun battle. The first TNT rover came in the tunnel backwards because it came in through the glass windows and got taken by surprise by the sudden drop lol. The bomb rover that didn't go off was a NOD rover controlled by TNT and it turned out that the whole thing was owned by Lootgoblin because it was his welders that made it. So I didn't have control of the warheads.
Rotor heads are going to rename those small rovers "grid fleas" they keep biting and more and more show up every minute. exceptional driving by them as well. such a fun way to end the season.
@@Berilaco it actually survived a bit longer after that, had welders and a projector on it. It could have been saved but time was of the essence so we abandoned it. I even took that little buggy that killed it with me eventually lol
I feel like if turret AI was on, even to a limited extent (1 or 2 automated turrets allowed per grid), the little rovers would be less of a nearly unstoppable issue for the behemoths but still prove to be a cool threat.
Would love even stronger wheels, Sandshark HATES any slope more than 5 degrees, after all she weighs around 7.5 million. With stronger wheels we could use 5x5 on her rather than 3x3's
Like a few others have said, I think something should be done to limit the effectiveness of the little rovers. Either enforce a limit on engine power, or limit the amount of rockets that can be mounted/ammo carried, and/or allow a certain amount of AI turrets, based on vehicle size. These small rovers are almost completely negating the need for anything larger than medium sized rovers
Yea I've seen videos of Old Soviet bases with air strips built internally and say mig-29s can haul ass out of em but it was probably in earlier versions of Migs than the 29.
Honestly, leave the rules for the micro rovers alone. A: it would be interesting to see how players plan around that threat. And B: its proving that there are trade-offs for different vehicle sizes. Larger vehicles are more durable and can field larger weapons, but this is at the cost of maneuverability, speed, and the literal cost of production. Whereas the smaller vehicles are cheaper, more nimble, and faster, but at the cost of durability, and smaller weapons. Both are incredibly irritating to each other, and just as vulnerable to each other.
This was a great video the ground designs are bloody cool would it be possible for you too review a couple of my designs on the workshop it would be good for my development as a designer if you could look at my ground vehicles main one is [byrox mk IV] made by me BySunOne if you could thank you
that building jumped out of nowhere :D
Sure ;] I think someone got a little tunnel vision.
This battle was really well recorded, well done camera crew Arron

look ma! I made the thumbnail! Seriously fun event, im sad my tank died, but it died gloriously.
Great rover build was tough and held its own against many of the builds.
I just saw how it got destroyed... like you said it died gloriously

@@giftedlion306 yeah i saw it crawling on the floor like a crippled animal after that
Was another fun season of Mad Arron. Had fun during the end event! 🎉😂
Great to hear, was nice to see your rovers doing some work.
Super cool video idea! I love this!! I love seeing teams put their creations to work!

The small grids are like strike craft against capital ships with no point defense its so satisfying
Love those commented fights \o/

Yes!
All that hard work paid off building the sand crawler. That rail gun shot on the turret of the BTR was legendary.
I thought those rocket launchers could only hold four missiles and was expecting that to be the extent of how much damage they could inflict lol
Believe the cargo cap was x3 that season. So we had like 6 rounds or so?
unlucky that the algorythm is doing you dirty
By bunker battle i was thinking more about a bunker in the side of a mountain with a huge blast door

Yes yes yes yes yes yes
Don't change the rules, those small grid rocket launchers are too valid. A good artillery shot will delete them.
Stronger wheels.
lol, nobody built their large grids with underside guns, what a shame
Can Xbox players join this server?
Sadly not. :[
@@LastStandGamers Is there no crossplay or is it a mods thing?
We use mods on the server. That sadly ends up preventing crossplay.@@matthew-005
