    Well the Belfast metal scene has always (and still does) blown the Derry metal scene away. Derry is a joke now. These guys are right when they talk about metal being escapism, but it's also like a bond. When you see another metalhead you recognise him as a brother. There's no divisions or sectarism in metal.

    @Andyimmortal Nope. Never really did. Just shitty rock bands playing shitty mainstream rock covers or attempting their own crap versions of what they feel is American metal. The Irish metal scene is total joke. Always was. Derry as a City of Culture is an insult.
