also using blue loctite on the grub screws for the rudder/elevator connections at the horn helps. Wondering how this compares to the FunCub NG - that is my favorite plane right now.

I just finished assembling the floats. Only better weather now. Too bad I can't add a photo

So basically get a battery adapter or different esc plus some rubber wheels and perhaps a better spinner (maybe a different prop aswell) and you've got an amazing compact rc plane

@@The-PolarBear It is pretty amazing as is but with a few tweaks even better!

    Quality review.
Look like a simple, lightweightc cheap airplane. What else do we need, I am almost sold.

In resume, a part from the battery plug, nothing wrong.

Yes it is a good plane. Tweak it to your liking and it's fine.

Wow its an RR from Multiplex (not cheap) but they tend to be great flying machines, never did like the Multiplex horn connectors -easy to adjust but as you say you really do need to make sure they are Secured really well, I always put a drop of foamtac type glue over them so they cannot vibrate loose, Nice CG marker - I use ones like that and until you said I thought you had marked it , totally agree regarding Branding - but Multiplex have always done that, I have a Vulcan Sports jet I am unboxing from Motion RC and they provide stickers "Motion RC" "Freewing" - but as I am not paid to advertise for them , they are not going on , but unlike Multiplex at least I have a choice ... LOL.... don't like the foam spinner - my balsa wood traininger had plastic screws/bolts for the wings no issues at all , flying really well - in such a tight space - I remember when you lost a F4U on the flat roof of the sports hall... great review and flying demo -

Thanks! Great to hear from you again. I hope all is well! I just made the improvements I talked about so I have high hopes for the next round of flights but it is a good flying plane as is. Stiff competition with similar priced planes but 1150mm is an interesting size.

      Overpriced plastics, why bother?

@@chrisj8307 Everything is expensive. Bit 169 Euro for a PNP plane is not more expensive compared to the competition.
