Ingredients for Rajma Masala
Rajma - राजमा - 1 cup ( 200 g )
Water - पानी - 2 cup
Salt - नमक - 1 tsp
Baking Soda - बेकिंग सोडा - 1/4 tsp
Oil - तेल - 2 - 3 tbsp
Cumin - जीरा - 1/2 tsp
Asafoetida - हींग 1 - pinch
Turmeric - हल्दी - 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder - धनिया पाउडर - 2 tsp
Fenugreek - कसूरी मेथी - 1 tbsp
Tomato - टमाटर - 3 no
Ginger - अदरक - 1 inch
Green Chilli - हरी मिर्च - 3 no
Red Chilli Powder - लाल मिर्च - 1.5 tsp
Salt - नमक - 1/2 tsp
Maggie Masala-e-Magic - मैगी मसाला-ए-मैजिक - 1 sachet
