I prepared Rajma in the same style as you said...But I did not use Pressure Cooker, as I have stopped using it since 1 year...I soaked Raajma for more than 12 hours... removed it's water...them poured boiling water and covered it for 2 hours...and then started boiling it in a thick steel container(भगौना)... Though it took 2-3 hours for boiling...but I am happy that I neither used any aluminium vessel, not pressure cooker... I cooked exactly as you showed...its really Yummmmmiiiiieeeeee😋😋.....My husband liked it a lot ❤️❤️ Thank you so much Kabita ji😊🙏
