Nice home, love the size for a single guy. Only things I would change is add a full size d/h opening window in the bathroom and laundry room, and a sliding patio door in front of the dinette set. Thanks for the tour!
Good use of space for such a small house having a full walk in pantry 😍 instead of a little kitchen table I’d build some custom movable kitchen island with storage and use that as the kitchen table. Otherwise this is perfect as an ADU or for a small family just starting out maybe a vacation cottage 👍🏽 I dislike those vessel sinks not so much because you can’t clean under them more it’s difficult to get your hands under the tap while washing also I prefer under mount sinks for everything in general when you clean the countertops around them everything just drops into the sink 🧼
Nice size livingroom and kitchen areas. Just needs more counter space. I've always prep by stove. Bathroom is nice. Very nice home. Thank you for the tour.
I really like this but there is a dated feel. I'm not sure if it's just the cabinet colours and the furniture doesn't help. I love the bathroom sink. The utility room needs a window in the door and I'd prefer a small island of some kind instead of a dining area to give more counter space.
The kitchen is actually pretty good on storage since not bad amount of cabinets but the upper cabinets are tall giving you alot more storage,at least double the amount per cabinet
I actually really like this house. if they can make it just a little larger maybe right under a thousand square feet would be perfect to have a little bit larger master bedroom and then have a bathroom in the main bedroom two would be fantastic
I recently sold half my tech stock holdings due to all-time highs, leaving me with $400k. Should I invest in ETFs now or wait for a market correction considering potential inflation?
From $37K to $45K that's the minimum range of profit return every week I thinks it's not a bad one for me, now I have enough to pay bills and take care of my family.
If they could at least make Both bedrooms the same size as the main one then this would be a good option but the first one being only 8'5" is just too small.
I’m so bummed all the nice looking exteriors are in homes out west. All the smaller ones in North Carolina look like a cookie cutter trailer unfortunately

Thanks Nate for sharing. This is a great starter home. I love the layout, and design. It very nicely put together!

Perfect as rental or a downsize home.
I liked that small home. And if you've noticed I'm pretty picky. I too would like some set up for a door outside to the back area. Which is doable.

A Big improvement would be make the kitchen cabinets shelves be adjustable

I really think the home is lovely, but the lack of closet space is the problem. The price is sweet though!
