The part on suffering is so accurate. We do our absolute best to avoid suffering, generally dragging out & causing more. Once through it there’s always an opportunity for growth/learning..... if we take the decision to find it/learn the lessons.

I only just found these now and it's great to get some insight. Thanks for your lectures on it. I do feel guilty that I'm not actually a student and getting this content for free! That’s why I’m a Jungian and think that he had it right. The answer to life is the fusion of the opposites. The middle. Pain and suffering is a part of life . Just as is joy and happiness. Life then death. Sometimes the scale tilts down and sometimes goes up. Temperance , MODERATION ! We begin…. then we end. What’s in between those 2 points is what we call life .
