- Stir Fried Chicken With Thai Basil or Phad Krapow Gai as we call this dish in Thailand is a classic Thai meal. It's eaten everywhere in Thailand and at any time of the day.
It's so quick and easy to make and is packed full of flavour. If you can not think what to eat or you need a quick hunger fix we always turn to Phad Krapow.
You could call it Thai fast food.
You will need the following ingredients:
100g chicken, sliced
A good handful of Thai basil
3 cloves garlic
3 dried chilli
3 fresh chilli
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp dark soy sauce
1 tsp chicken stock
1 tsp fish sauce
1 tbsp water
2 tbsp oil
2 eggs

Apple, I would love it if you could post a Pad see ew, or a Chicken Khao Soi.
I will see if I can do a pad see ew video in the future. Khao soi is a northern dish and I'm better with Southern Thai food.
