So originally I don’t like this break we’re having. My old friend argued that it needs a break, about 5-10 years just taking a break then a major comeback. He argues on behalf of TMNT and that they have spurts. While I don’t want it, I do see his side and argue that 3-5 years recouping and figuring out a long-term direction is what it needs. I could see 2030 being a major comeback, a new era, a new resurgence. I do see the comic books and possibly a a new toyline coming and keeping it up float. We need a break and not worry about time passing it by. Let’s look at how shows are going. Look at what’s happening and make it a new comeback. I can see us having a PR version of “Kamen Rider Outsiders” for 5-8 episodes to keep it in people’s minds, while figuring out a 3-5 year direction for a mediocre long-term direction. If I had the reign of it, I would do a “Power Rangers Outsiders” series with the basic PR show on the back burner.
Another aspect of this is Power Rangers is obsessed with Mighty Morphin. While yes the original should be marketed, it shouldn’t come to the detriment to your future seasons. After Saban brought the brand back it seems they’ve been doing everything in their power to make everything more like MMPR or sell primarily merch from those seasons. Let’s celebrate the post Zordon and Disney era more and be willing to try something new

I feel like Simon tried to do this but again when your parent company isn’t necessarily invested, you can only go so far. And so you have people getting paid big bucks and not really doing much for the brand.
Somebody tell Hasbro to get their French to English dictionary and that French animation studio behind Arcane on the phone, animated Power Rangers needs their style.
They need to find something that’s their own, they have rely on Super sentai for way too long, and now that Sentai are not with them anymore they don’t know what to do. This is not hate, but reality Power rangers fans have to accept

They've completely changed the names of some of the zords like turning the swordfish sword into a shark and making two beetle themed Rangers be a mantis and a scarab. Those two don't look anything like that. I think it will be best for Hasbro if They tried to say what the theme is instead of trying to make a weird made up one.

Theres alot of tokusatsu for 2025.
The problem is they don't get a really creative person to bring some new exciting ideas to the show. It is the same tired formula and many are over it. It not just PR, but the entire industry as a whole. Nothing new anymore.

The formula from 20-30 years ago no longer works today. They need to change
