A business asking you to go somewhere else because you're keeping them too busy is a very odd thing. Most businesses would try to scale with a bigger facility and more employees to meet demand. Maybe they didn't want to be bigger though. To each their own.
Hey Yvan and Pan!! Great to learn this. On a side note, I had some unfortunate failed shipments for the DIY Quick Beads in 1 gal containers. Both were damaged and never made it to me. Have the 1 gal containers and boxes been modified to better survive UPS shipping? I have many DIY Detail and CLEAN products…love them all.
Guys, great info and insight into the industry. Pan, you mentioned that the chemist is legally obligated to make sure the formulas are different. My question is… if your spray sealer for example is blended at company A and Ivan’s is blended at company B is it conceivable that both formulas are very much the same or nearly exact? I assume chemists that work at different companies can’t share formulas.
@@diydetailofficial thank you Ivan for the reply, I was just using the sealant as an example because you were using it as an example. I feel you and Pan are the most trusted content creators on social media and it’s nice to see you two collaborate.
Since I have you both to answer a question. I used the DIY 5 year ceramic coating on my car. When I wash my car I noticed that the water is sheeting off and not really beading anymore. I applied the coating in May of this year. I did prep the surface (Washed the car, decontaminated with the DIY Clay towel, polished the car with DIY Gold standard, polished again with the APP and then coated the car). From videos I have seen online, it seems that the coating might be clogged up. How do I restore the coating to get it to bead up again.
