@CraigsCards62 yeah, it always hurts to give up a great card. I am stoked for the pickups. Just added two more coming in and working on a third. Really a new process to figure out, but it's a lot of fun.
I haven't really traded or sold cards in the past but I am thinking I will moving forward. Some great looking cards going out, can't wait to see what comes back!
@vintageonvintage817 I have honestly been shocked at how much I have enjoyed it. Digging into a few that I hadn't intended to, but for a solid return. Hopefully, the return will be here by end of week! Would you target a big card or other goals?
@alans_cards I know a lot of folks make it into a nice concise video, but I am a zero edit kind of guy 😂. I just find the process to be interesting. Have you ever done a big trade via mail?
Hmm, bigger base card...landing the awesome 3 way multi player rc of Vance Law/Tony Pena/Pascual Perez that you passed on and should've picked up at the card shop with me?
Those are some big cards you are trading! Both you and Joe are moving cards and shifting gears, that’s so cool. I personally struggle with trading once I have it. The nice thing is most are duplicates and that is something I would consider.
@EverydayCardCollector-Jason yeah, as much as I hate to move anything, it brings in new stuff without having to spend the bucks. Not a whole lot left to trade that's "big," so my trading phase will be wrapping up soon. I will probably take some lower buck stuff to Strongsville next year, too.
Can’t wait to see the rare Sisler you’re about to get 🤣. I don’t trade often but I like to. Made a big deal (for me) at the national which was awesome. I don’t have doubles but I’ve been refocusing my collection over the last couple years by selling things and also making trades. Fun stuff
@MarksDodgersCards ah, I wish it was a Sisler. It's actually two more mainstream cards that I once had, but had to move along the way. Excited to have a couple new items in the collection at any rate. But dang, I wish it was a Sisler!
@vintageoddballcards6103 if that is an offer, I am in! It's a couple of nice ones, but nothing too exotic. Two solid base cards and another lower tier regional issue. Can't wait to have them in hand though! Thanks for watching, my friend!
@BaseballCollector that is fair. As the process evolves with collecting, I am realizing it is endless in finding new items, so I am moving on from most duplicates now. Thank you so much for watching, my friend!
I recently traded some modern autographs ( Griffey and Cabrera) along with memorabilia cards and Ichiro and Pujols rookie cards. (approx. $500 trade value) for an SGC 3 Jackie Robinson 1955.
@danielbernier6095 nice! I am not much for modern cards, so I don't know those values too well. I do know a 55 Jackie is amazing! That sounds like a solid win to me for sure.
Looking forward to the "other side" of the trade!
Not much of a trader, but if I had duplicates, I would.

Very intrigued to see what's on the table for this bounty... Should be a doozy, you're obviously paring down and trading up!
@@blixcards absolutely! Bringing back some bigger cards that have been on the list. Always appreciate your support.

@@Valuevintagecards-Aaron probably a couple of big cards
Now even youtube videos have cliffhangers?!? Looking forward to seeing the 2nd part.

@@Valuevintagecards-Aaron never. Haven’t traded since the 80s I don’t think. Definitely a different environment these days.
Full watch

@@OC-MC_Joe that was truly an elite pickup for you! I can't touch that level of triple rookie card in this trade for sure.
