- The U.S.S. Enterprise Constitution II Class; NCC-1701-A. Work continues on this amazing bridge from Star Trek VI: The Undiscovered Country. This video highlights the completed communications, tactical and master situation consoles as well as the areas around the turbolifts. Turbolifts aren't done yet. Maybe next Tuesday ;-)
Note: There are a few texture issues I’ve already worked out since rendering as well as a few spelling errors and one or two station textures have already been updated.
Hope you like this 'progress report'. This bridge was, like the TWOK version, made from scratch, though I used Donny Versiga's work as reference material along with still from the Undiscovered Country.

This era of Star Trek was the pinnacle of the franchise. Period imo 👍
my favourite bridge ... the 1st time everything felt genuiniely functional
LOVE IT
Stunning work. The best design era of starships in Trek. Looking forward to what's next
Beautiful, and my favourite bridge version
Perfect ✌it's my favorite bridge from all Star Trek Ships
My only issue is how they ripped out the Okudagrams from the Helm/Nav panel and replaced them with (among other random things) a spray-painted sound mixer.... and gave it more closeups than Mr. Okuda's gorgeous work had ever received. I don't know... Nick Meyer's propensity for sticking random things on the walls, in some cases to make it look LESS advanced, kinda bothered me.
Second star on the right, and straight on til morning
Magnificent. Absolutely beautiful.
Work of ART.
Dude..this is beautiful
Superb!
Stunning!!!
This is astounding! Shades of “This Side of Paradise”
I am so looking forward to this!!!!
Please everybody take time to say Thank You to Rob for doing videos like this. Thank you Rob. Beautiful just Beautiful. I cannot wait until you get to the white Bridge you said is on your to do list.
@@Kevin_Flynn the white bridge?
@@Kevin_Flynn you mean the first A bridge from Voyage Home?
@@Kevin_Flynn also…thank you!!
@@robbetz Correct.
@@robbetz Welcome Sir.
Great job, as always!!!
Magnificent...!! ❤❤❤
The new stuff 2020 stuff they make are better quality sets with impeccable CG, but when I see these sets from the original series or even the sets in Voyager...it actually FEELS like star trek. Amazing modeling also, still undiscovered country with my dad, and that set is just NOSTALGIC!
stunning work... very beautiful!
This in vr would be something special, this us amazing though.
First time I've seen all bridge displays active! They look flawless. I would assume they were challenging to get right. Good job!
Thanks! The displays have been a challenge but are turning out beautifully. And I've learned a lot about animating textures along the way over the previous bridge I created.
@@robbetz hard work paying off!
@@tempus_fugit7366 Thanks. The entire back half of the bridge is now done; comms, both tacticals, master situation, and science along with Mission Ops on the starboard side. It should be easier from here on as a lot of the displays are redundant or variations of others. So close to completion!
This must be a game. It just has to be. It deserves to be a game. A simulation faction of the film.
Thanks to you and all your hard work I/We finally get all the close up views of the bridge I've always wanted. Thank you. BTW, this one is my fave Enterprize OTC bridge. Stunningly beautiful. The other for me is the Excelsior Sulu bridge, Fantastic design.
@@RL20066 thank you!!
JAT: Have the Center Seat support bar lean forward. That way when you're sitting down, your legs are less likely to bump into it as you move, like swiveling around.
This is impressive work. There's a popular game called Star Trek: Bridge Crew, and this would be a perfect mod for😎
I wish such a thing was available. When it comes to the 23rd century set up, they always go for the TOS bridge lay out but never the bridges from the late 23rd century
I LOVE IT!!!! I feel like the captains chair is a bit short. Seems like it was just a bit taller.
@@brucejansen1982 could be. I’ll double check scale with a character model. Thanks!
You were right. Checked reference materials and the top part of the captain's chair was definitely taller than I had it. Made some adjustments and I think it's correct now.
Great job would love to see more of the bridge later that final movies got my favorite bridge design
It's really hard to pick. I like this but I also like the wrath of khan era bridge too.
@@silvervisage5096 same. I’m still 99% sure TWOK bridge is my favorite but this one is a close second and starting to grow on me.
Can we pleas make a game out of this. So much talent is wasted if nothing is done. Something like Star Trek resurgence. Please !!!
Nice. But I always liked the TWoK bridge for some reason.
The TWOK bridge is my favorite too. You should check out my videos of that bridge. It was the first one I made in Blender. Then I got so many requests for this one.
But the TWOK bridge will always be the best as it was the perfect evolution of the TOS bridge.
Very nice. Typo on the decals starting at 1:22. Star feleet should be Starfleet.
good catch thank you! You can stare at something a hundred times and not catch little things. The stickers I did too fast lol because they were so easy compared to the LCARS.
This bridge was the transition from TOS to TNG
One issue... the upper level displays should be larger than those on the lower level.
@@k1productions87 I’m tweaking as I go but also taking some artistic liberties
You know something that drives me nuts about almost every bridge? None of them seem to have proper waterfall displays of radio frequencies, something you'd think communications would have.
