I have owned my V2 for about 6 months now and Love It! I ride almost every day on and off road. I’m 68 years old and this is my first scooter. Yes it can be dangerous, but if you wear the gear you’ll be fine.
Dude I came across your video because I’m interested in the varla and I noticed the riding area you are in.I live in the same neighborhood.I take my son out there on his Dirtbike what a small world
Hey Read, I am a huge fan of your videos. I got all my smarthome advice and ideas by watching your videos. Very inspired by your videos so much so that I bought the Varla scooter after seeing your video. But have been extremely disappointed with company, Varla, and the scooter I recently bought. The scooter was delivered with faulty wiring and Im been trying to get it replaced through the company with no response. Do you have a direct connect with Varla?
Ah, America. Where it's illegal to walk across the road, but perfectly OK to ride a scooter at 40mph on the sidewalk. 😂 Just kidding, but please be careful! 🙂
It's a coinflip when buying from China. I ended up getting sent a broken scooter, and after contacting support, they just sent me broken replacement parts. Its been a nightmare putting in the hours installing the new parts just to discover they are also broken.
Not sure how high this scooter with rank on the wife approval scale, the response I’d get from my wife is “you’d break your neck on that thing!” She’s no fun, but she’s not wrong either 😂
I go about 10 mph with the trailer and the brakes are extremely good so it feels pretty safe. I bet there are a lot of bicycles pulling trailers out there with poorly tuned brakes, which in my opinion is way more unsafe.

Thanks for your humanity, your instructions, and critique. What tires and size. Again, you resonate with me!
You made my day when we saw a road runner!
You have the BEST review ever! Thank you, I am absolutely sold

can you add a DIY battery monitor somehow to it to know the battery status on Home Assistant?
After watching your video, I’m definitely getting one!!
How do you attach the trailer?
My biggest complain is the bell is too far from the handle
0:37 more like ridadulous.
Haha yes!
Like this other side. Was an entertaining and informative video. Thanks for sharing!
What kind of e-bike do you have?
Lectric XP 3.0 it’s good for cruising around, picking up kids from school…etc But it’s way less powerful than the Varla scooter.
Really great video. The best scooter review i’ve seen. Almost feels like I tried it myself.

Very cool, but in Germany the police would unfortunately say "THIS IS ILLEGAL!". 🫠
I wouldnt mind getting something to get around Chicago in, but $1600 is a non-starter.
Can get some good models for a lot less
what is this model
Hi fellow, small UA-camr🤣🤣🤣

This is no joke looks like the most unsafe device to drag your kid in

This is a fun departure from strictly home tech
You need a full face helmet
If you pause the video at 18 seconds you will actually see him wearing a full face helmet. Same goes for throughout the video.
Cheap chinese quality. Breaks after a few hundred miles.
