As a Cowboys fan that was born, raised, and still lives in Lions territory, I'm all in favor of giving Ben Johnson a try if he wants it, but as an offensive coordinator rather than a head coach. I feel like the head coaching position should go to somebody that can help restore the culture just like Jim Harbaugh did for Michigan (FTR, I'm a Michigan fan at the college level), and I'm not sure who's out there that could do that.
He's already an OC for a better team. Why would he downgrade and take the same position when Marcus has already said he's the most sought after HC candidate since Shanahan.
