Book is so confusing, also the word believe in John 3:16 also means work, not just believe, no, that's not all it takes

My Grandmother thought very highly of this man.
Watching this now, I realize why.
Doesn't yell to get the point across. But isn't monotone.
He flows and makes it simple.
and he twists the gospel of grace into gospel of "work for your salvation" as if the atonement Jesus did for us wasn't enough. Fortunately the real gospel is not such, but Jesus Christ died for all of our sins and we receive eternal life when we believe on him and his resurrection.

My suggestion is read the Qur'aan with an open mind. Only one God named Allah. He sent all the great prophets with books, scriptures and miracles to show the signs of God so that we can only worship one God not the trinity.

Your words appear to show that you do not understand, as Billy says. Have you not read? Do you know the difference between what saves you and how to be saved? Billy is the worst of FALSE TEACHERS! He is sincere, ..., and he is wrong. Even he says, "Put your trust in Jesus alone." But then, no asks or presents what Jesus says about being saved. How foolish. If you mix men's interpretations and God's Word, you are risking contradiction. Why not just say it the way God says it. That's what Jesus did.

The word Repent is rarely tied to sin in scripture..
The word repent in the Strongs Concordance is METANOIA, it is defined as “a change of mind.”
It’s man that’s literally corrupted this word repent and forced millions to believe it pertains specifically to sin.
The repentance unto salvation is to repent of UNBELIEF.
We “change our mind” from UNBELIEVING to BELIEVING the gospel of Christ, that he died for our sins.
Jesus Christ died on a cross for all the SINS of all humanity. He PAID IN FULL your SIN DEBT!
The ONE criteria to have eternal life with Christ in heaven is to BELIEVE on him, put your FAITH in him, that he is your SAVIOR!!
He SAVED you from your sins. If we all could e d our sins and IF that was the thing that deemed us worthy of heaven then Christ died in vain. We’d become our own savior. That’s not the case, no one is capable of omitting all the sins in their life making them worthy of heaven.
When we BELIEVE on Christ as Lord and SAVIOR he then IMPUTES his righteousness to us. We are GIVEN the FREE GIFT of salvation by RECEIVING HIS righteousness.

Thank God for Billy Graham. He did what God told him to do, preach the gospel & lead people to Christ. Christ is the only way; heaven is a place I plan on going & hope Christ is invited into the hearts of many all over the world in these last days so heaven can be their eternal home, not hell.

Billy is the worst of the false teachers. He looks and sounds GENUINE, ..., but he believes a false interpretation of Scripture. Look at what he says, carefully! He says, ..., "The Bible says,...," as if he believes that The Bible is the source of The Truth. Then he says there are 3 things one has to do to be sure. Can you find that statement in Scripture? "All right, you have to do 3 things, ...." The first is, "Repent of your sins." Can you find that statement in Scripture? Throughout this presentation he makes subtle changes to Scripture. Do you know what Scripture says about that unforgivable sin? Repent actually means to change your mind and direction, ..., in this context, to change the control and path of your life. Your "sin" problem requires a different understanding of Scripture, ..., a change of mind, Let's stay with The Truth.
Billy does say, "You have to change your mind, ..., by faith, receive Christ, .... You can't understand it all. ... you put your total confidence in Him alone. Then you obey and follow Him." So, .., is your confidence in Billy or in Jesus? Billy says Jesus alone. What does Jesus say? "Have you not read?"

The only requirement for salvation is to believe on the Lord Jesus Christ and thou shalt be saved and thine house. You cannot earn salvation by doing works.
He nay listen ... but He won't "hear" you until you listen to Him. Billy is a very sincere FALSE TEACHER! An interesting thing about it is, even he says you should put your confidence in Christ alone, and then he mixes his words with God's Word. Where is your confidence? I'm guessing you don't know what Jesus says about being saved and going to heaven. Does it make sense to trust men's words when they are different from God's Word. Have you not read?

No one has ever been saved by turning from sin and living a lifestyle of obedience. You get saved by accepting the "free gift" of salvation, one step, not three. Repentance is a change of mind. What are you to repent of? Your unbelief. Repentance doesn't mean "to turn from sin." It's a very good thing to quit sinning. It's never been done completely by anyone, even with the help of Jesus, but, certainly a Christian should desire to live a life of obedience. However, no one has ever been perfectly obedient. You want to obtain eternal life, "be perfect as your Father in heaven is perfect." But guess what? You're not perfect. You need grace. You need Jesus. Your behavior modification will not get to to heaven. You cannot contribute anything to what Christ accomplished on the cross for you. All you can do is acknowledge that you need salvation and accept Jesus' provision offered freely according to his amazing grace. Salvation is the result of accepting the work Jesus has already performed on your behalf, not the promise to perform good works for God.
