This is as easy as it is elegant. I like the look of the 3mm X 4mm rondelles, but it also looks great if you use 3mm beads instead. If you don't like the way that the drop hangs (you see rondelles looking at someone's face, and you see the 8mm bead framed by rondelles if you are looking at someone's profile), just add a thin jump ring to the top bead. Thank you for such a well thought out design!
