My mom used to make a poor man's ham salad by buying a big chunk of baloney and grinding it with celery, sweet pickles and mixing it with miracle whip for sandwiches, so good.
That sounds delicious! We had many poor man's sandwiches with bologna and miracle whip growing up, but never had it salad style. The celery and sweet pickles sounds like a perfect pairing. We hope that you're having a great weekend, Pam.

I am so glad you posted the dogwood legend. I have a pink dogwood in my back yard. It's my favorite tree when it blooms. Now that I know the legend I will think of it each time I look at my tree. Most of the food looked good. That corn chowder looks amazing. I am always surprised that at Henry's age he will at least try different foods and seems to enjoy most of them. Most kids his age will not try anything new. Love the flowered shirt that Jennifer had on. She has such great taste in clothes and an awesome since of style. Her sunglasses were really nice too. Hope ya'll have a wonderful Easter weekend. He is Risen!

We almost didn't bring a stroller in but thought that he may need it in case he falls asleep - he ended up falling asleep twice, so it definitely came in handy.
