Do you recommend having more hasted than mastery?
for the warlock demo

Most guides say Haste is better than Mastery for Demo.
Some guides say "Haste Rating(to Shadowflame Icon Shadowflame soft cap - 16.7% - 1007 rating)", after that mastery is better than haste.
I'm not 100% sure which is better, but for the most part haste > mastery
