Very neat video! The trains between both parks are both Steam and they both work in a similar way. Dollywood’s burn coal to boil the water and create the steam which propels the locomotive. Silver Dollar City’s burn oil to boil the water and create the steam which propels the locomotive. I will say I’m glad you had a category specifically for the trains! They often get overlooked. And I definitely agree on Silver Dollar City’s being better, but I am biased.
Thank you! We had to do the trains because they were so different! We went for a ride to Dollywood expecting it to be something like Silver Dollar City’s and sadly wasn’t. -B
Both are great parks in their own right, each have their own uniqueness. Not sure if you know but marvel cave was the original attraction there until attendance started to drop so they started to add more things
Silver Dollar City hands down is better.
We really enjoy both parks! Each us their own uniqueness to them.

Nah you aren't. The show on SDCs train makes it better than Dollywoods
Silver Dollar City: does everything Dollywood does but better. Bonus points for Marvel Cave which could be an attraction all on its own

Great video, Seth made a great point as both trains are 1930-40s steam powered locomotives but heat differently.
Dollywood EASILY!!!
It was super tough when we started comparing categories because both parks are great! But like I said, my ultimate favorite is Dollywood. -A
