Chicken macaroni sopas
1 tbsp oil
1/4 cup margarine
1 head garlic
1 big white onion
1 kg chicken breast fillet
200 gms carrots
12 cups chicken stock
1 chicken cube. Make it 2 if you don't have chicken stock
3 tbsps patis
500 gms elbow macaroni
9 pcs kingsized hotdog
100 gms cabbage
1/2 tsp ground pepper (optional)
3 cans evaporated milk (370 ml each)
