- This is one of the hardest decisions I’ve ever had to make in my life. I have tried so hard over the past year to do both jobs. I have prayed to God multiple times and I feel this is what direction he is leading me.

I know that this is hard but in northern Wisconsin we lost two officers by a shooting and when I heard about it I thought of you and wanted to ask for you to be safe. I prayed a lot to have God to keep you safe.

Good luck Brandon. Being a LEO is more work and stressfull than people realize especially putting your life on the line with "special operations" and K-9. Be strong man. There is no dishonor to being a full time father to your children and being there for your wife. Farm life and homesteading is hard enough without the added stress of dealing with criminals and drug enforcement. God bless❤🙏

Pamela Riley, you put into words what I was feeling but couldn't write. I am so happy for the family that Brandon will be there for many years for his family without the added danger of being an officer. I have 2 grandsons in that field and I worry about them every day. I left my job too. It was hard I cried, I knew it was the best thing to do I left my job Help my husband with our Construction Company and I know what you are saying when it was my dream job too. Our children was out on their own. With me leaving my job it released stress from my husband. You are doing this for your children and your wife and for your sanity, and safety you in a dangerous profession. You have a beautiful family and they truly need you. No amount of money could ever replace you.🩵

I guess there's no money in being an officer. No not all that much it takes the Heart of Jesus to be a police officer. Not just to speak of all I'm thankful to God and blah blah blah but a true person who's willing to stand up keep his community safe. I guess sometimes that can be lost when you decide that taking handouts from people online becomes worth more to you and your dreams and your goals. Then doing what God calls you to do.

I felt last week that this was coming! You are the third law enforcement officer I that I have followed on UA-cam to leave their profession because of their success on their family channel. What a beautiful testimony of your service BRANDON !!!!! Brandon, when my husband retired early.. I was scared.. he was too but we knew it was Gods will for our life... I won't tell you it was easy... it was not.. we had ups and downs and and sometimes we questioned if we had done the right thing... but we persevered .. we continued on, depending on God to see us through.. and He Did !! Brandon God has given all his believers a promise that He will never leave us... He will always be here for us... Times might get hard.. but you know what.... being true believers it only brings us closer to each other and to God.. Your children will look up to you .. hang in there... I have a feeling that our Lords return is going to happen faster than anyone even knows... Raising your kids in God .. staying close to the land being self supporting and growing your own food and raising your animals.. one is closer to God in a garden than anywhere else on earth... Thanks for your service Brandon. It was always nice knowing you were out patrolling the community my Mom lives in. This video brought me to tears. I remember when I left the sheriff's office many years ago. Worked for the same Sheriff for 12 years and leaving was the hardest decision I ever made so I know how you feel. I know God will bless you in the years to come!

I worked for 16 years at Stanley tools here in Wichita Falls Tx it was a hard decision but my health was not good had many surgeries it has been twenty five years since I retired no one gave me nothing but my heart was with Jesus he lead me the way I never regret it I get ssi now an I have lupus so bad it was the immune disorder praying 🙏 for you all

Every time I hear an officers last 10-7 it makes me cry, mostly because I know the streets will be a lot less safe without that officer working them. Thank You for your service Brandon.

Bitter sweet time. Congratulations on the next chapter of the life of your family. I understand your mixed emotions. I decided to retire due to medical issues. Feelings of guilt leaving other whom had depended on me. Feeling guilty for not working after working since I was 14. Feeling lost for what to do next. Brandon, praying and talking to Stephanie was and is the best course of action. I commend you. I’ll continue to pray for your safety. God has great things ahead for you and your family.

I took a while to watch this. I commend you. Life is too short to not take this chance. I lost my husband of 40 years June of 2022 to cancer. He was 62. He had worked 6 days a week for 30 years. We had saved and managed to buy 7 acres in the country in 2020. Our plan was to retire there. Now my plan is to get water and electric to it so I can move my daughter and her family to it.
I am so glad you are doing this now. God led you to this point, He will lead you through it.
