And today i will show you how you can make a BIG MACRAME STAR. This project is perfect as a gift for your friends, colleagues, family or as a decoration for your home
Use macrame cords. I love Bobbiny cords, so here you can see: Bobbiny Macrame 5mm and 3 mm natural.
What do you need ?
1 pcs metal star 25 cm
1 pcs wooden bead 4 cm
2 pcs wooden bead 3 cm
2 pcs wooden bead 2 cm
1x Bobbiny Macrame cord 5 mm natural
1x Bobbiny Macrame Cord 3 mm natural
scissors
tailors tape
Hair comb
Measure and cut:
Macrame cords 5 mm
-----------------------------------------
62x 30 cm cords to tie a star
1x 120 cm cord as a filling to tie the star
9x 2 m cord to create a pattern of rips knots in the middle of the star
6x 180 cm cords- cords with barrel knot.
Macrame cords 3 mm
-------------------------------------------
1x 75 cm cord for hanging the star and for wooden beads
4x 3 m cord to create a spiral pattern
2x 20 cm cords for fixing the spiral pattern
Project size is 35 x 105 cm
