This is surreal. In all my 50 years in this town I have never seen it this deserted. I’m glad of the compliance but . . . Dear God let this be over soon! This is dystopian. 😞
Wow. As someone with close friend ie sister and brother in law living in San Diego (Imperial Beach area) this is indeed shocking. Very surreal almost like I am watching the Twilight Zone. 😯
Thank you San Diego for bowing down to the new world order . They also thank you in advance for giving up your rights and freedoms so that can eventually complete the ID2020 process
Why until you need a health code on your phone to go any were you will register with the CDC and must have a code to access public building that clears your health.
You are a true patriot....I cant believe how easy it is for the 5 major media companies in the world to get people to do what they want...we are cooked my friend i dont see resistance in the land of the free where and i dont think the 2nd amendment defenders have the guts to pull the trigger when society closes in and they come for their guns... Just a thought
This is kind of a silly question, but I wonder if the animals (San Diego zoo creatures, sea gulls, Balboa Park squirrels, county park wildlife, etc.) notice the abrupt absence of humans in their territories?
YES! INDEED SAN DIEGO! TY FOR STAYING IN, WE CAN BEAT THIS IF WE ONLY STICK TOGETHER! & WE R ALL FORCED TO STICK TOGETHER NOW😃🤗😘👍👏 🥂! STAY WELL & BE SAFE EVERYONE 🤗👍
BS!!! Police state without declaring Marshall Law!! Violation of the Bill of Rights!! This has nothing to do with social distancing. I tried to go fishing out into the ocean Far away from people to feed my family and was turned back. BS!!
The question that nobody asking, where were you since Dec/2019 when it was very obvious what happening, the State and federal government failed and waited too long to act
It’s a price to pay for the foundation that helps them and other animals with sea rescues and care. Humans created problems for wildlife And sea life and that is one way to help fight for their survival. Attractions bring in people and big donors to help the cause. You have a right to disagree and in your own way help how you can even by taking at least 2 hours of your time cleaning some of a beach, also voice your opinion and if there is inaction on your part then much a lost cause, because change starts with us. Sadly we live in a world where entertainment is a bigger issue than saving our ecosystem and through that choice those who maybe aware of the suffering many animals go through to entertain find peace that for those animals and sea life in captivity others may be helped to thrive. A bit of a give and take. Regardless of our difference of opinion, stay safe in these times.

It is reminding me of SD in the 70s when you could just drive somewhere and not have to think about what time it is and crushing rush hour.
Even back then there was a comfortable number of people about. Not like this. This I have never seen!
