We should be able to deactivate the overshield anytime we want.
Honestly you should be able to sprint too and let's say sliding automatically disables the shield that you can cancel it and you can't maneuver and be invincible at the same time

I really like Icefall but that not being able Double jump or sprint you've gotta be extremely cautious about where you pop the overshield.
That basically leaves you open for us Hunter Shotgunners and Warlocks

Honestly if we were able to run and double jump people would run max stats and pop their Oversheilds so much itll be OEM but worse, atleast bungie actually added pros and cons to the new exotics

We also have to remember the thorn and gauntlet combo could be a bug. If so, the gauntlets aren’t really that great anymore. They are ok still but I’d say it’s in the same boat as icefall. Just...good.

Fun fact, if you do the titan melee ability then spam your melee, your able to quickly kill someone.
As a titan main, it’s been a struggle with stasis.. but I can confirm that using “armamentarium” plus any decent gun with the “wellspring” perk.. works wonders.
The armour gives an additional grenade, and the weapon perk recharges ability energy on kills, it’s the most consistent way to keep in the fight, for us casuals, that just sort of works.
Obviously you’ll want to add the artifact nade mods that are currently going, it all adds up to constant ability’s on offer. At least Iv been enjoying it this way. Have a nice day 👍🏻

You should be able to sun and double jump with icefalls. When it comes to armor you use it should always be "what exotic do I use?" not "should I use an exotic?". Exotics should always be better than non exotics. If an exotic is a tradeoff what's the point? Why would I use something that's worse than just not using it at all?

At 6:18 Sweat asked why it was a mercy. Let me explain Sweat, once one of the teams hits 50 over, it’s an instant mercy and that is it. Though let’s say you could be 146 and the other is 96, it’ll still mercy even though all you guys need is a few more points and that’s it.

I mean, I even called it. I said they would balance it. And they did. Can't recharge it when it's active. Can't sprint, can't jump ability, can't slide. It's about 100 health shields which isn't too much more than defensive strike.
The Hunters do have one hit body kill throwing knives now though, and warlocks got some dummy good synergy with Thorn and those necrotic grips. So much poison.
