You replies are perfect, and I will check it out and learn it, however I have to mention that this interviewing system is selecting people that are not real. I can’t remember specific situations on my work. I have successfully solved many problems and I have deal with a lot of people, but who remember specific situations? I am creative and can make it up, use the STAR system, is easy. My honest reply would be that I want the job because is well payed, is secure, I will be able to provide to my family, it has great perks and I enjoy driving. I am sure the vast majority feel the same, and it is a strong and important reply, as it is important to have security and be happy in your place of work. I am want to apply for the company that is close to where I live. I only have one option. Have you really helped the car accident? Surely they know is not real. I feel that companies are employing characters, the real person has complete different expectations and priorities.
