Milling phone ICs

A quick little project this time, on milling phone ICs on the CNC machine. More specifically, we are milling the RAM's IC out of an iPhone 7 main board. And it is soldered on top of the CPU!
It is a common procedure used on ram replacement repairs these days as it seems!
This task was assigned to me be a fellow maker that I like to call "the phone doctor" which hopefully you 'll get to meet real soon!
