Perfect. My only set of dumbbells just happen to weigh 30lbs. 2 years ago, I weighed 410lbs. I completely revamped my diet. Obviously, I wasn't very mobile at that size. It actually hurt to move around(arthritis and injuries.) I told myself that once I dipped under 300lbs, I'd start walking, which I did a few months ago, in October 2018. Now I walk 3 miles, sometimes more, every day. I also told myself that I was going to add some sort of weight training when I hit 260lbs, and in March 2019, I'm only 3lbs from hitting that. I lifted, intermittently, my whole life, from 13-35(I'm 48 now)when a back injury made it hard to do it anymore(I realize now that stopping working out altogether only made the pain worse.) This video looks like just what I need to get the ball rolling again. Thanks.
I found some vintage billard plates out in a field by my house when I was young and my bud already had a bar so he just gave me one, I worked out with that dumbbell from 12 to now 19 and i was surprised how well just one dumbbell could give me a great workout I’ve been eating can’t gain no weight but man 30 pounds made my arms look pretty damn toned
After seeing the gyms flop from the pandemic I just said fuck it and work out at home again. I do miss hitting the ab machines and the bicycles but I need something that I can consistently do. Thanks for this video even though I use 25 lb dumbells for my workout and even though I don't do everything in that video I make what use mine and it is effective and has real life application to my line of work.
I got 10s , 15s & up to 30s that I bought 2 years ago , I was going to buy up to 60 because I need heavy weight but damm dumbbells are expensive these days , even used ones smh , did the math comes around 800 dollars for pairs 35 to 60 new cap dumbbells 💸 lol .
@@Criticalbench I got a good deal for a pair of cap dumbbells 35s on offerup yesterday paid 65 for them originally the guy wanted 75 , maybe I’ll get lucky & find a pair of 40s for a reasonable price .
Will you build muscle? That depends on your consistency as well as your training. How much you will build? Muscle takes time to build so don't expect to see bulging biceps after only 4 months of training. You may notice your body changing but be realistic that this process takes time.
If you only have dumbbells these exercises will certainly help you. You may want to check out our channel for 100's of other dumbbell workouts that you can do to create some variety in your workouts.
I just bought 30 lb on dumbbells, the 10 lbs were no longer challenging me and I wanna bulk up a bit with my quads , and arms . Still retain some womanly sexy. Lol. Thanks for this video . Wish it was a bit longer

You're welcome. Glad you liked it!
Nice work.
Thanks!
Nice man, but there's no such thing as straight leg RDL's. There's RDL's and then there's straight legged deadlift.

Motivate yourself to exercise at least 30 minutes a day. Remember, start small and build from there! 💪
