Ginger Garlic Paste= 1 tsp
Oil= 1 tbsp
Salt= 1/2 tsp
Green Cardamom= 2 pinch
Kasuri Methi Powder= 2 pinch
White Pepper Powder= 2 pinch
Foe The Masala:
Milk= 3 tbsp
Saffron As For Needed
Cashew Nut= 1/2 cup
Processed Cheese= 50 gm
Green Chilli= 2
Garlic Clove= 10
Ginger= 1 inch
Hung Curd= 2 tbsp
Garm Flour= 1 tbsp (roasted)
Mustard Oil= 1 tbsp
Salt= 1/4 tsp
Yellow Chilli Powder= 1/2 tsp
Green Cardamom= 2 pinch
Kasuri Methi Powder= 2 pinch
Cumin Powder= 2 pinch
Fresh Cream= 2 tbsp

Super good and bold marination’s. I respectfully suggest using mustard oil instead of fake refined oil, which is bad for the health. I would also do the bhuna besan with ghee instead of dalda. Saffron should never be added raw to anything under any circumstances.
