Dear mam, if you have open teres or open yard down you can take any used metal oil dibba or so..put fire down like chulha and keep the metal sikh (readymade available) put in. Or on gas u can put sikh on jali keeping tawa down the gas. So oil wil get in down tawa. After some time put tawa on gas and roast sikh kabab again in tawa..
This is not Lahori Chicken Tikka as hankerd is not used in Lahori. Raw onion does not grind in the mixer and its color is also red and it is found in the street. Its taste is pungent in the throat.
