Absolutely love ours. For some reason our choke is more sensitive. It starts immediately when choked and the choke must be returned almost as soon as it starts. Great machine for recreational use and young kids!
So might be in the market for a little guy like that. Like you said don't always need our ranger to go check water for cows and fence. Would you still recommend buying one?
I have a 2004 or so Polaris TRAILBOSS and this. The Colman still runs but it always sounds like the starter is going to break. If you could stretch the budget to a Polaris quad (even a used one) it may be better in the long run. You will get more out of it. My wife uses hers a couple times a month. I think you would use it way more. Granted my old TRAILBOSS was down for some time as I had to rebuild the carb and replace the fuel lines. but it's 20 years old. I don't think the Coleman will last that long.
wanted to add that the Colman is less than half a youth Polaris or Kawasaki so it's still a good buy. I think the way the economy is going you will see lots of used ones of any make soon.
Oder this carb kit off Amazon, you’ll have air air/fuel adjustment and you can remove the bowl, plus it comes with a better air filter!! HOOAI PZ20 Carburetor
pumping the gas works great. I also tried holding the throttle just a little and it starts right up and then once it's idling good I release. both methods it starts right up!

Yea our choke is like that too. Only need it in cold weather so far.

I just bought a brand new one of these and the fuel gauge is at the top of the speedometer. It is a series of bars along the top
Wonder if ours was the same or it’s an update?

How cold is it there?
During the filming maybe 10 deg F. today was 95F. I miss winter! Oh and it starts right up in regular weather. My wife uses it daily with no issues.
