Yes... when all else fails, try reading the instructions. You are right! If you haven't tried a special glove for tablet, highly recommended. Thanks for the effort help me when I bought the Ergo Pen Grip

how's that chair treating ya? still loud with the lumbar?

It is still loud. I never treated it with anything. I just don't notice it anymore. It's great however. Really comfortable and it's less expensive now
