Great job and it's a blessing that there is people like you at the Cincinnati zoo taking such great care of the animals and making sure that hopefully these animals are not just another animal we can only talk about not enjoy the beautiful creatures of this amazing planet!!!
I've never heard of a Lady Ross Turaco. She is amazing! Thanks for showing a picture of what she'll look like as an adult. I hope you keep posting videos of her progress. I'd love to follow her story, and see her grow into a healthy adult. I am so sorry she lost her momma, but so happy that she was born in a place where she is cared about and cared for. So amazing how you determine male/female. Wish I could interview the lab and ask some detailed questions about how that's done! Thank you for introducing her to us, and to Lady Ross Turacos.
what a sweet baby ❤️ i’m sorry to hear about her mama. but looks like you’re taking great care of her. the adults are gorgeous. can’t wait to see her get older.
She’s so curious and regal (for a baby). Please update us on her progress. I’d never heard of this bird, but now I am so interested. You guys are the BEST for giving us these great videos.
They double their size every three days when they're very young?! WOW! And a 10 percent weight gain per day?! Such an incredible growth rate; I didn't even know that was possible!! Absolutely amazing!
Beautiful easter chicken! 🐣 Thank you keepers and baby bird, for entertainment and information. Didn't know there where so much unknown about them! If name suggestions can be given here, mine are Tanganyika (after the lake), Rain (for the forest) or Albertine (the rift where rainforest seem to be).
I'm wondering, do you have other Turacos she can be with when she gets bigger? I think it would be very lonely to be the only one of your species. If you have others, I'd be very interested to see her introduced to them in a future video, when she is big enough. If you don't have other Lady Ross Turacos there, will you acquire any from other zoos to help her along? Thank you very much for all the good you do for animals, and for sharing their stories with us, and passing along knowledge. I watch every day.
Wow, hatched in a curators hands. Talk about being one with the universe. I would have been crying with joy and humility.
Gods beautiful, and complex creation ! Awesome
Love her big eyes. She's such a brave orphan. She's very curious.
What a great home safari! I really enjoyed how knowledgeable and enthusiastic the keeper is. She is a fascinating bird and it was fun to see a baby.
Thanks so much for the home safari video. The Lady Ross bird is beautiful (love the eyes( and when it is full grown it will be very beautiful too.
Gorgeous! I can't wait to see her when she is fully grown.

Name her Connie, in memory of this historic year

Any “animal with a mouth can bite” - great comment. :)
Name - Diana... as in Lady "Diana Ross!
It's a hungry bird.
❤️❤️💎
How big will it become
Is her dad there?
Why did her mom die
How about “Beauty” for a name...
Fun fact: if she continues to gain 10% weight every day, in 18 months she'll weight as much as the Moon.
You may want to put her on a diet. 🌒 😜
Why are they called Lady Ross?
Just looked it up...a group is called a “raft.” Bizarre.
how high they can jump
how much poo is on the ground?
Name her Twinkles
Name her lavender
Name her Ruby
